We offer an additional 2 years extended warranty on watches when you purchase from us. Therefore, your Swiss Watch comes with a 5 years warranty.
Our Prices are excluding 21% VAT and delivery costs for courier (it is best to let us know your delivery address, so that, we can check the best offers and quote you the right price for your Swiss Watch and costs for delivery to your address). We have offered our most competitive prices, therefore, prices are subject to change if there is major change in the currency Swiss Franks VS Euro and US Dollars.

1. All Our Swiss Watches are original creations by the company as detailed in our offer, and, they are unused, unworn, brand new and these come with a 3 year international warranty along with it’s original box and papers.
2. We, Hagardhs BV are a family owned company, working from our home studio in Amsterdam in Netherlands, and one close to Warsaw in Poland. Thus keeping our prices affordable and competitive.
3. You are welcome to place your orders by sending us a message and or email. We shall reply to you within 1-2 business days, along with your pro-forma invoice or a sales invoice and upon receiving the full payment, in our bank, we shall despatch your orders by DPD courier in Europe and UPS for all international orders outside the European Union. Our final offer price will include 21% VAT and the price for courier. Sales outside the European Union is considered EXPORTS and therefore, We do not charge 21% VAT on export sales, however, the offer will include the price of courier (excluding the local taxes, import duties and custom duties as per your country of delivery).
4. Deliveries are usually sent out the same day after 15:00 hrs, or the following day. Orders received on Fridays, are sent out the following working day / Monday. Please note, deliveries are made only when we have received the full payment to our bank. We prefer online bank transfers. Credit card payments may be arranged with an additional 5% transaction fee.
5. We do not offer returns or exchange, unless, we send out wrong orders. We work with very little margins, and, we do not sell used / pre-owned watches, hence, we are careful on this matter. If you are not sure about the model you want to purchase, please chat / talk to us, and we will be happy to show you photos / videos or have a video conference with you, just to be sure, you are totally satisfied with your order. The Court Of Law of The Netherlands, will be applicable to our sales agreement. Since our firm is registered in The Netherlands, therefore all disputes shall be settled in The Netherlands, irrespective, where the sale is made. We respect the buyers privacy and do not disclose their identity, unless demanded by law.
6. We also offer after sales servicing of all Swiss Made Watches. We offer battery change, cleaning and polishing especially for the stainless steel case / bracelets, these maybe done in our center in Amsterdam in The Netherlands and or in Warsaw in Poland. We also offer servicing and repairs of Swiss Watch, including quartz and automatic movements, these are done in collaboration with our authorised service center in Switzerland.
